Built and managed Uber's first early ID Internship program geared toward underrepresented freshman and sophomores.
I piloted the program with a cohort of 30 computer science students In San Francisco and achieved the following:
60% women
75% underrepresented
70% intern conversion rate
50% representation from Ivy Leagues and 50% representation from HBCUs, HSI's and minority serving Institutions
The program has since expanded to Include several countries, teams and technical roles.
I led a team of dynamic program managers responsible for creating, managing and executing engaging tech camps for women, first generation, black, hispanic and LGTBQIA students
Curated a week of programming for diverse Uber interns who Identified as women.
Curated a week of programming for diverse Uber interns who Identified as men.
Recreated the black barbershop experience for male Interns at Uber struggling to find black centered services In San Francisco.
Introduced Uber's first HBCU tailgate tour. Sponsored a pop-up engagement at 11 HBCU football games.
Created recruitment strategy and recruited students from 9 unique schools not previously engaged.
